Knowing the signs of a stroke can save a life. Knowing what comes next can change one.

Thank you to Holyoke Medical Center and Mont Marie Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center for joining us at Holyoke Health Center for our Stroke Prevention & Awareness event. Holyoke Medical Center shared educational kits on how to recognize the signs of a stroke, while Mont Marie provided resources on recovery and aftercare for stroke survivors.

As the weather warms up, seasonal allergies can bring dry, itchy eyes along for the ride!

Say hello to some of the faces behind our Vision Center 👁️💙

Quick tips from our team for dry, itchy eyes:
Warm Compress- Wash your hands, then soak a clean washcloth in warm (not hot) water. Place it over both closed eyes for 5 minutes daily.
Preservative-Free Eye Drops Over-the-counter artificial tears can help keep your eyes comfortable throughout the day.

If symptoms continue, it may be time for a comprehensive eye exam— our team is here to help!

Want to become a Vision Center patient? Our Vision Center is available to established HHC patients. Ask your primary care provider for a referral or call us directly to get on the list.
