Public health is more than health care—it’s about reaching beyond the exam room to address the non-clinical factors that shape health.

For more than 60 years, Community Health Centers (CHCs) have led this work, caring for the whole person through primary care, pharmacy, oral health, behavioral health, and enabling services, while also helping communities navigate issues like safe food and clean water.

CHCs are on the frontlines, responding to our nation’s greatest public health challenges, emergencies and natural disasters.

This , we celebrate the heroes, innovators, problem solvers, and troubleshooters who power the CHC movement. 💙
