We are a non-profit organization that offers free support groups to individuals and families, education and training programs, and consumer advocacy.

We are dedicated to helping to improve the quality of life for individuals and families affected by mental health conditions through support, education and advocacy. We also have a volunteer program where members work in the office, on special events, and other activities.
