Residents enjoyed Chef Dave's delicious summer berry fruit tart - flaky crust with homemade pastry cream topped with fresh mixed berries and crumbed with white chocolate almond cookies. Decadent, yet light and refreshing!

Day Brook Village Senior Living recently hosted Holyoke Rotary's monthly meeting, offering not only a delicious lunch to members, but education on the senior living industry. A new film plastics recycling program will soon begin at Day Brook Village, in partnership with Rotary, in our efforts to help keep film plastics out of landfills and instead be repurposed into NexTrex park benches!

Day Brook Village sponsored dessert for South Hadley Council on Aging's BBQ Lunch & Concert on Thursday, July 17th. It was a fun afternoon, with great food and lively entertainment by Wild Bill & Big Trouble. Chef Dave prepared homemade cinnamon oatmeal cookies filled with chocolate chips and dried fruit. They were enjoyed by both members and staff!

Day Brook Village Senior Living sponsored dessert at the East Longmeadow Council on Aging's Father's Day Burger Bar luncheon on Friday, June 13th. Chef Dave once again wowed the crowd with homemade chocolate chip cookies to complete their festive lunch!

The weather on June 10th didn't dampen the spirits of those that attended Day Brook Village Senior Living's Annual Garden Party, which was moved indoors. Gary and Natalie Jones, a father/daughter duo, entertained the crowd of 30 guests who enjoyed a "High Tea" style lunch including "Savories and Sandwiches" and "Pastries and Sweets".

🌸 One of our talented residents at Day Brook Village has been creating the most stunning flower arrangements! She first learned the art back in 3rd grade, and each design reflects a beautiful Japanese philosophy: "Heaven, Man, and Earth." It's amazing to see her passion bloom 🌼✨
