VIABILITY is a 501 (c)(3) corporation, CARF-accredited Community Rehabilitation Program, which provides job training and placement, housing supports,day habilitation, transportation, day supports, education, and case management services daily for over 4,000 individuals with disabilities and other social
disadvantages. VIABILITY impacts the lives of those we serve throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Oklahoma, and New York.

VIABILITY's clubhouse modeled programs are driven by a belief in recovery through work. Clubhouses provide members with a supportive environment to increase their vocational, educational, and social skills. With a primary focus on work and work related activities, staff and members work together as partners in the operation of the clubhouse.
