Tag a mom friend who would love this recipe! 🥒🥒

High-protein lunch for busy mamas — quick, simple, and actually satisfying!
You can throw this together in under 15 minutes. You can also make it ahead of time and heat it up in the microwave the next day.
• 1 bag of cauliflower rice (just sautéed it on the stove)
• 5 oz salmon, seasoned with salt, pepper & garlic, then air-fried at 400° for 11 minutes
• 1 cucumber, chopped for some crunch and freshness

This combo keeps you full and doesn’t take a ton of time (because what mom has that?). No fancy ingredients — just real food that works.
