So what is it about a Sauna Session that aids you health and fitness journey?

A lot of us utilize this tool but do you really know why? Yeah.. it’s relaxing but so much more than that.

Incorporating sauna sessions into your routine can be a relaxing and health-enhancing practice that supports both mental and physical well-being. Enjoy the warmth! 🌞🏋️‍♀️

‼️SAFETY : While saunas offer many benefits, it’s crucial to use them safely. Stay hydrated, limit sessions to about 15-20 minutes, (I personally aim for 10 minutes, max) and Always listen to your body. If you feel lightheaded or uncomfortable, it’s time to leave the sauna. Also, consult a healthcare professional if you have preexisting health conditions.
