The question frequently asked about "Wisdom Teeth" (3rd Molars) is why do I need to get them out if they aren't bothering me? Below are 2 reasons... they can damage the adjacent teeth often to the extent of needing root canals, crown lengthening or even extraction and they can cause a cyst to form which at this size weakens the jaw bone and a bump could fracture to this jaw very easily.

Take some time to check you schedule and reach out to her so we can help keep you on track for your cleanings and dental treatment. Life is busy so make a plan for it now... even if you needs to schedule further out!

Summer should be an easier time to schedule the children. Remember to have the first dental cleaning between 2-3 years old. We love to tickle those pearly whites clean and the kids love how fun we make the visit. Parents remember to snap that photo of this milestone! There will be smiles to share.
