✨ New on the blog: Nervous System Safety + HTMA Healing
I just published a new post that feels really important—especially if you’ve been doing “all the right things” but still not feeling better.
One of the biggest missing pieces I see (in myself and in clients) is this:
👉 the body has to feel safe before it can truly heal.
In this post, I break down how your nervous system and your mineral balance are constantly talking to each other—and why things like:
