Spending my early mornings like this has been the best way to clear my mind, help my body to energize, fuel my spirit.

The chilliest days are kind of my favorite. ☕️

The last few mornings I’ve brought my first cup of coffee outside with me to my favorite spot in the yard. I started my day with the birds chirping, my dogs playing, and fresh air tenderly gracing my lungs.

In just these few short days it’s done a number on my mental health and so I just thought I would gently remind you that if your routine starts to feel as though it isn’t serving you… you have permission to change it. 💫
