Tired eyes?
Between screens, long workdays, and everything else life throws at you, your eyes can get worn out fast.
Give them a quick reset with the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look up and focus on something about 20 feet away for 20 seconds—maybe out the window, down the road, or toward the water.
And don’t forget—keep your screen about 20–30 inches away for a little extra relief.
