You may not think about it, but our everyday underwear can affect our vaginal health. We must pick the best underwear for our health to help protect our delicate areas and avoid infection, ingrown hairs, and infections. 💜

Some things to keep in mind include:

👙Material - Cotton is recommended since it's the most breathable and naturally hypoallergenic.
👙Style - The most important part of choosing a style is what feels the most comfortable.
