With this new level of licensing, we are offering a limited number of rooms in our expanded facility. Availability is extremely limited, and once filled, these spaces are expected to remain occupied long-term with a waiting list to follow.

I can't believe it's still available! I know we are small and often when families or care managers reach out we are full and don't have openings and by the time we do, individuals have moved on. Please think of our home when you review your caseload. We know there is someone in need of our loving care. ❤️
This room is available for a full-time, long term resident or for a respite stay.

Portzline Family Home has an ensuite open in Homer NY. We have 4 suites in our home , staff right with your loved one 24 hours a day in our small home. There is no other assisted living that is so personalized in there care than Portzline. Call 607-299-4045 for a tour and ask for Caitlin
