Inspired by the vibrant spirit of New Orleans, residents enjoyed the unforgettable sounds of the Junkanoo Band, whose electrifying beats and flowing rhythms created an atmosphere of pure celebration. It was a wonderful opportunity to come together, engage and start the year on a high note. 🎷🎭💜

Baby, it’s cold outside! ❄️ Guests stepped into a golden Winter Wonderland filled with towering Christmas pines, oversized ornaments, and holiday magic at every turn. Delicious bites paired perfectly with a signature seasonal cocktail, setting the tone for a festive afternoon.

The celebration featured Mr. and Mrs. Claus, a surprise visit from the Grinch, and a very special appearance by Endo, our beloved therapy dog, who proudly took on the role of Santa’s sleigh leader 🐾🛷. It was a joyful, laughter-filled celebration that truly captured the spirit of the season. 🎄✨

This year, we celebrated big! Residents and families came together for a festive Thanksgiving feast filled with all the classics: savory turkey, hearty sides, sweet holiday treats, and a Maple Street Old Fashioned that tasted like fall in a glass. And the fun didn’t stop there! Our celebration included a full petting zoo, adorable pony rides, and even a chance to meet a live turkey.

Everyone arrived ready to fill their plates and left with full hearts, full stomachs, and memories to cherish.

The Palace Gardens proudly partnered with Three Virtues Organization, a dedicated social service provider in Homestead focused on family support, prevention, and intervention. Together, we joined their mission to uplift local households through monthly food and hygiene distributions that serve nearly 100–150 families in our community.

This Thanksgiving season, our team made a special, festive donation to help fill their pantry shelves and brighten dinner tables with gratitude and dignity. We were honored to take part in this meaningful cause, taking action to ensure families are fed not only for the holiday but throughout the year. 🧡🍁🦃

At The Palace Gardens, giving back is a tradition. We were honored to host a Thanksgiving Luncheon for the City of Homestead Police Department and share a warm holiday meal with the officers who protect our community. Thank you, Homestead PD!

At The Palace Gardens, Wonderland took a wicked turn! Families followed the rabbit hole into a dark, twisted, and delightfully eerie world, complete with a creepy haunted house, a spellbinding Cheshire Cat aerialist, and a very unhinged White Rabbit.

Kids enjoyed trick-or-treating and pumpkin decorating, while the Moral Music Band kept everyone dancing all night.

Whimsy met wicked, and The Palace Gardens became a Halloween Wonderland like no other!

What a heartwarming afternoon at The Palace Gardens! 🦙💛 Residents at our Assisted Living and Memory Care community were treated to a special visit from Miguel, Alfonso, Sebastian, and Casanova, the four adorable alpacas who stole the show. For over two hours, everyone enjoyed petting them, offering treats and soaking up the joy these gentle animals brought. The laughter and excitement were contagious, and we’re already looking forward to welcoming our furry friends back again soon!

Prost to an unforgettable Oktoberfest at The Palace Gardens! Our community transformed into a lively Bavarian celebration, complete with the sounds of traditional polka music, refreshing Oktoberfest beers and all the authentic bites everyone loves, from warm pretzels and hearty bratwurst to delicious strudel. Residents and guests embraced the spirit of Munich with lederhosen, braids and plenty of cheers, making this annual tradition a true showcase of Bavarian heritage, joy and community. 🍺🎉

Shana Tova! Families and residents came together to welcome Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, with heartfelt prayer, joyful music, and a festive meal prepared with care. The Palace Gardens celebrated Grandparents’ Day in true Las Vegas style with a dazzling Casino Night. Residents, families and our dedicated team were treated to an elegant evening filled with excitement and charm as the community transformed into a vibrant casino floor. Guests enjoyed a Wynn-inspired buffet of mouthwatering dishes, savory appetizers and signature “High Roller” cocktails, while professional dealers kept the action lively at every table. The celebration reached new heights with a special guest appearance by Elvis and the smooth, upbeat sounds of pop-jazz vocalist Ariel Rose and her talented band. Together, we honored the extraordinary grandparents who brighten our lives each day, creating another unforgettable night of joy, connection and celebration at The Palace Gardens.

Today, we pause to reflect and remember the tragic events of September 11, 2001.

We are especially proud to honor our resident, Paul Bohan, whose extraordinary contributions in the wake of 9/11 remind us of the power of compassion and service.

As Managing Director of Solomon Brothers in 7 World Trade Center, Paul’s career was deeply connected to New York City’s financial community. Following the firm’s acquisition by Citigroup, he turned his leadership toward helping others, serving through the NYC Police and Fire Widows’ and Children’s Fund, founded by Rusty Staub.

In semi-retirement, Paul personally answered calls from those wishing to donate and traveled across Manhattan to connect donors with firehouses and first responders. His tireless efforts brought comfort to grieving families and helped extend the Fund’s mission to support Port Authority Police and EMS workers as well.

Paul’s quiet strength and unwavering dedication embody the very best of service. We are deeply honored to have him as part of our community. ❤️
