What a heartwarming afternoon at The Palace Gardens! 🦙💛 Residents at our Assisted Living and Memory Care community were treated to a special visit from Miguel, Alfonso, Sebastian, and Casanova, the four adorable alpacas who stole the show. For over two hours, everyone enjoyed petting them, offering treats and soaking up the joy these gentle animals brought. The laughter and excitement were contagious, and we’re already looking forward to welcoming our furry friends back again soon!

Prost to an unforgettable Oktoberfest at The Palace Gardens! Our community transformed into a lively Bavarian celebration, complete with the sounds of traditional polka music, refreshing Oktoberfest beers and all the authentic bites everyone loves, from warm pretzels and hearty bratwurst to delicious strudel. Residents and guests embraced the spirit of Munich with lederhosen, braids and plenty of cheers, making this annual tradition a true showcase of Bavarian heritage, joy and community. 🍺🎉

Shana Tova! Families and residents came together to welcome Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, with heartfelt prayer, joyful music, and a festive meal prepared with care. It was a beautiful evening of faith, tradition, and community. We wish our Jewish families a year filled with health, happiness, and blessings!

The Palace Gardens celebrated Grandparents’ Day in true Las Vegas style with a dazzling Casino Night. Residents, families and our dedicated team were treated to an elegant evening filled with excitement and charm as the community transformed into a vibrant casino floor. Guests enjoyed a Wynn-inspired buffet of mouthwatering dishes, savory appetizers and signature “High Roller” cocktails, while professional dealers kept the action lively at every table. The celebration reached new heights with a special guest appearance by Elvis and the smooth, upbeat sounds of pop-jazz vocalist Ariel Rose and her talented band. Together, we honored the extraordinary grandparents who brighten our lives each day, creating another unforgettable night of joy, connection and celebration at The Palace Gardens.

Today, we pause to reflect and remember the tragic events of September 11, 2001.

We are especially proud to honor our resident, Paul Bohan, whose extraordinary contributions in the wake of 9/11 remind us of the power of compassion and service.

As Managing Director of Solomon Brothers in 7 World Trade Center, Paul’s career was deeply connected to New York City’s financial community. Following the firm’s acquisition by Citigroup, he turned his leadership toward helping others, serving through the NYC Police and Fire Widows’ and Children’s Fund, founded by Rusty Staub.

In semi-retirement, Paul personally answered calls from those wishing to donate and traveled across Manhattan to connect donors with firehouses and first responders. His tireless efforts brought comfort to grieving families and helped extend the Fund’s mission to support Port Authority Police and EMS workers as well.

Paul’s quiet strength and unwavering dedication embody the very best of service. We are deeply honored to have him as part of our community. ❤️

Families and residents gathered for an enchanting Arabian Night, complete with stunning décor, flavorful bites and the sounds of ambient music. Colorful costumes brought the theme to life, while the afternoon’s most memorable guest, Prince the camel, won hearts all around.

We’re delighted to announce the reopening of our beautiful garden, now brighter, fresher and more inviting than ever! Residents and families gathered to celebrate with delicious refreshments, small bites and fruit-infused mimosas while exploring the new additions that make our garden bloom.

But this event was about more than just plants. The garden offers residents new life, fresh experiences to look forward to and meaningful opportunities to connect with nature and one another

Turning 100 is no small feat. It’s an incredible milestone that shows a life full of love, strength, and memories. We came together to celebrate Amalia surrounded by her family, with lively mariachi music, delicious food, and plenty of joy in the air. The touches of sage green throughout the party added a special meaning, too. It’s a color of hope, symbolizing healing, balance, and the promise of new beginnings, just right for such a beautiful moment in Amalia’s amazing life. Happy birthday, Amelia!

We recently hosted our 4th Annual Back-to-School Supply Giveaway. In partnership with Start Off Smart (SOS), we welcomed local children who received backpacks filled with school supplies and tablets, just in time for the new school year.

The day was filled with laughter and activity, from bowling and hula hooping to arts & crafts and a cotton candy station. But the biggest highlight? The joy on the children’s faces and the pride in our residents' eyes as generations came together to support one another.

Born and raised in Miami, 94-year-old Jane knows the impact school supplies can have because she used to be a teacher herself. That’s why participating in tomorrow's 4th Annual Back-to-School Supply Giveaway at our community means so much to her.
