Today was our annual Thanksgiving lunch, and we're so happy so many of our families were able to join us this year! With heaping servings of turkey, mashed potatoes, and stuffing — plus a sweet slice of pie and a cupcake or cookie — we shared laughs, smiles, and a whole lot of gratitude.

PLEA is thankful for our wonderful students, their loving families, and of course our outstanding staff who somehow managed to keep everything running smoothly despite the collective food coma. Wishing everyone a happy Thanksgiving! Rest up… we’ll see you in December, hopefully recovered from today’s turkey intake! 😄🦃

Room 361's Thanksgiving dinner was a real 'peanut' butter and jelly situation... minus the peanut butter. And the turkey. And the stuffing. Okay, it was popcorn, pretzels, toast, and jellybeans, just like from the classic Charlie Brown Thanksgiving special! 🦃

Holiday mode activated! 🎄 PLEA families got a head start on the 2025 holiday season at Phipps Conservatory on Monday! AAC Institute therapists were the elves' helpers, demonstrating how augmentative communication devices can be the gift that keeps on giving - festive fun and inclusive cheer! Big hugs to our amazing community and therapy buddies for making every day a holiday! 🎉
