What an incredible day at our adult group pumpkin carving therapy session at South Florida Mental Health & Recovery! 🧡 As we dug into our pumpkins, we also dug deep into our thoughts and feelings.

Together, we explored various topics, including:

🗣️ **Self-Expression**: Each pumpkin was a canvas for our emotions, allowing us to express ourselves in creative ways.

💬 **Coping Strategies**: We shared tips and tricks on how to manage stress and anxiety, all while enjoying the therapeutic process of carving.

🤝 **Supportive Connections**: It was heartwarming to see everyone come together, sharing laughter and stories, building a stronger sense of community.

🌱 **Personal Growth**: We talked about our journeys, reflecting on how far we’ve come and the goals we aspire to achieve.
