It's been over 45 years, now,...since I first delved into the field of nursing! I've been a U.S. Marine, and an officer, in our military, etc., too! I am not attached to insurances',...therefore, you'd have to submit bill(s), to your insurance company, directly! Certified check, or money orders accepted!
