💧 HYDRATE WITH PURPOSE
Hydration is a must-have for every part of your recovery. Drinking water and electrolytes helps refuel what you lose during your workout.
💪 FUEL WITH PROTEIN
Protein is the building block for your muscles. Fueling up with a post-camp protein source, like our AfterBurn, is essential for muscle repair and recovery.
🤸♀️ STRETCH & ROLL IT OUT
Taking a few extra minutes to stretch and/or foam roll after camp helps improve your mobility, decreases muscle soreness, and gets you ready for your next workout.
