Here is how the day started. After a traumatic stay at a Comfort Inn which included getting stuck in an elevator. I was able to get to my bike but I was delayed due to a shifting issue. Big Shark Racing was great and really good at what they do. They had me on the road in no time.

This complex movement is the bomb because it tones and strengthens so many different areas. Arms, quads, hams, core, glutes!
Don’t forget balance. ⌛️
Complex movements are great because they do the following:

1. Use more than one or two muscles groups. The more muscle groups can grow strong together. Of course with proper form.

2. Helps to turn up you metabolism and burn more calories…😳 yes more calories.

Hitting this move at least 3x per week is gonna really make it a 🔥“hot girl summer.” 🏖 👙
