Happy New Year from Love & Reiki 🖤
How are you celebrating? What are you grateful for? What are you hoping to manifest in the new year?

I am grateful for the experiences I had in 2022. The career change, the new friends I made, and becoming a Reiki Master.
In 2023 I will manifest happiness, abundance, health, and purpose as I take on a new position. I am excited to see what this year brings my family and friends. I love you all. 🙌🏻

What are love languages?
Your love language is the language in which you give or receive love - this can change throughout your life.
The five love languages are:
* Physical touch
* Words of affirmation
* Receiving gifts
* Quality time
* Acts of service

You are likely to have one primary love language, but you may also connect to others that also feel good for you.
Adding self love practices based on your love language is such a profound healing modality
