E-Care Ambulance is proud to announce the acquisition of four (4) additional brand new Hamilton T1 ventilators, which will be placed into service across our coverage areas to further enhance advanced respiratory and critical care capabilities in the field.

The Hamilton T1 is a trusted, state-of-the-art ventilator designed to deliver reliable respiratory support in high-acuity and time-sensitive environments. The addition of these units strengthens our ability to provide advanced ventilatory management for patients experiencing respiratory distress and other life-threatening emergencies, while ensuring continuity of care throughout transport.

The equipment displayed here represents more than technology. It reflects a critical philosophy: modern EMS must be prepared for complexity, not just convenience. From experienced leadership, to skilled clinicians, we utilize progressive treatment protocols that are grounded in current evidence and emerging best practices while being supported by equipment that allows our clinicians to deliver hospital-level care on the road.

Front and center is the Hamilton T1 ventilator with the Hamilton H900 heated humidifier, enabling full-spectrum respiratory support. From invasive ventilation for intubated patients to CPAP, BiPAP, and High-Flow Nasal Cannula up to 60 LPM, we are equipped to manage even the most fragile respiratory patients safely during transport.

Our capabilities extend beyond ventilation. We provide advanced invasive hemodynamic monitoring, including arterial lines, pulmonary artery (Swan-Ganz) catheters, and central venous catheters—ensuring continuity of ICU care without interruption. Continuous temperature monitoring allows precise management of patients undergoing therapeutic hypothermia or those suffering from hyperthermia requiring close physiologic oversight.

We began deploying the Abbott i-STAT point-of-care laboratory system, delivering rapid, actionable lab results in under 10 minutes. This includes troponins, CBC, CMP, blood gases (ABG/VBG), type & screen, and TBI biomarkers—critical data points that directly guide ventilation, oxygenation, and hemodynamic decisions during transport. For ventilator-dependent patients, this level of monitoring is essential.

In the event of cardiac arrest, our teams are supported by the addition of the Stryker LUCAS mechanical CPR device, providing consistent, high-quality compressions while allowing crews to focus on advanced resuscitative care.

We also carry nearly 30 medications, significantly exceeding state minimums and common industry standards. This depth allows true continuity of care, reduces unnecessary diversions, and ensures patients are transported to the right facility, not just the closest one. All of our equipment was carefully source to enable compatibility with the hospitals in our community.

E-Care Citrus celebrated the holidays in style at our Christmas party last night! 🎄

With great food and drinks, a thoughtful Secret Santa exchange and a prize raffle featuring some truly fantastic prizes, it was an evening filled with holiday spirit and appreciation. It was a great opportunity to come together as a team, relax and to reflect on the year behind us and celebrate the people who make E-Care Citrus what it is.

We also want to extend special appreciation to our A Shift crews who were unable to attend because they were on duty. Your dedication and willingness to keep serving our community, even during the holidays and events, does not go unnoticed. We are truly grateful for each and every one of you. Although they werent able to attend, they were still included on the Secret Santa and prize raffle and also won some cool prizes!

Inverness Christmas Parade is officially in the books 🎄🎁🚑

This year we decided to think outside the box and… well, turn the ambulance into one! Our Citrus crew wrapped it up like a giant Christmas present. We rolled through Inverness spreading smiles, waves and PLENTY of holiday cheer! (Cant forget the candy!!) The reactions from the crowd made all the effort worth it.

We even had a few Stormtroopers stop by to check us out!

Thank you Inverness, for showing up, celebrating big, and letting us be part of such a fun and festive parade. We loved every minute of it!!

What an incredible night we had at yesterday’s Crystal River Christmas Parade! The lights, the music and the awesome energy from the crowd made it a truly unforgettable night. Our crews had a blast passing out candy, necklace beads and those super cool christmas themed glasses to kids and adults alike! Seeing everyone’s happy faces made it even more meaningful to us.

Thank you to our community for bringing so much joy, energy and support. Events like this remind us how special it is to serve here.
