We have received several calls regarding the new Humana Horizons plan from Medicaid. It is true that right now we are not in network with them but our credentialing team is working on getting that pushed through. They do not foresee any problems since we are already credentialed with all other Medicaid plans and all Humana plans. I will update here in our page as more information becomes available.

Please have all refill request to us by noon today to ensure you will have your medication while we are closed.
We also offer sick walk ins daily beginning at 1:00 Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and 3:00 on Wednesday (unless otherwise posted)
