Sexually-Related Trauma Healing Center
All services are FREE All assistance is FREE, and will be provided throughout Medina County.

Restore Reproductive Health is a 501c3 organized in Hondo, Texas, to provide compassionate, actionable assistance to people who have suffered sexual-related trauma (SRT). Some types of SRT include unexpected pregnancy, STDs or STIs, miscarriage, stillbirth, post-abortion trauma or any of the forms of sexual abuse such as (but not limited to) incest, assault or human trafficking. We held our Building Dedication / Grand Opening / Open House / Ribbon Cutting today! Around 100 people toured our building and celebrated with us. Restore is recruiting volunteers to serve as mentors and support people to our clients. Some of our services will include parenting education for expectant women (and their partners, if involved) who plan to parent their babies; direction or referral to community resources such as job skills training, Medicaid and WIC (Women, Infants & Children), OB/GYN providers in our area, birthing options and breastfeeding instruction; adoption agencies and emotional support for the mother leading up to the adoption of her baby and afterwards; transportation; maternity closet; baby clothes and equipment; free sonograms and much more! Trained volunteers who themselves have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, post-abortion trauma or sexual abuse/assault will engage with those clients who wish to explore their feelings, share their experiences and help them achieve restoration. Executive Director is Diane Cosgrove. Email her at dianec@RestoreSRT.org. Visit our website at Restore SRT.com today!

Women's Equality Day is a powerful reminder of the progress we've made—and the work that remains. Observed every August 26th, this day marks the anniversary of the 1920 certification of the 19th Amendment, which granted women the right to vote in the United States. It's a time to honor the trailblazers who fought for equal rights and to reflect on the ongoing journey toward full equity in every area of life—whether it’s in the workplace, education, healthcare, or leadership.

Let’s celebrate progress, raise our voices, and keep moving forward together. 💪💜

Facing an unexpected pregnancy can feel overwhelming, confusing, and isolating—but no one should have to walk that road alone. Whether it’s offering a listening ear, providing accurate information, or connecting someone to compassionate, confidential support, being there for someone in this moment can make all the difference.

We believe in empowering women with the resources and guidance they need to make informed decisions about their health, future, and options. Judgment has no place here—only care, respect, and support. If you or someone you know is navigating an unexpected pregnancy, know that help is available, and you are not alone. 💛
