Meet Kaleigh Pruett, FNP — delivering compassionate, full-spectrum care with a focus on education and empowerment.

With over nine years of diverse experience, Kaleigh brings deep knowledge and a patient-first approach to every visit. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at Frontier Nursing University, becoming a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Her clinical background spans emergency medicine, labor and delivery, and family practice. Now at Medina Healthcare System, Kaleigh provides comprehensive primary care — managing both acute and chronic conditions while performing procedures such as skin biopsies, lesion removals, Nexplanon insertions/removals, and wound care.

Known for her collaborative approach and passion for patient education, Kaleigh is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children, exploring nature, and traveling to new places — experiences that fuel her commitment to wellness in both her personal and professional life.

🎒✨ Yesterday, we had the privilege of attending the 4th Annual Stuff the Backpack & Health Fair in Devine, TX!

This amazing event helps ensure local students start the school year with the supplies they need — and we were proud to take part. Thanks to the generosity of our employees, we were able to donate and hand out school supplies alongside the many other generous contributions.

We want to extend our deepest thanks to all of our incredible MHS employees who generously donated items to support first responders in their ongoing recovery efforts in Kerr County. Your kindness and willingness to step up in times of need truly exemplify the spirit of our organization.

We were honored and proud to deliver these much-needed supplies directly to those on the front lines — the brave men and women who continue to work tirelessly in challenging conditions to help rebuild lives and restore communities. Their dedication and perseverance are nothing short of inspiring, and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for their heroic efforts.

Meet Linda Valdez, FNP — blending compassion, experience, and dedication to support every patient’s wellness journey.

Born and raised in Texas, Linda has always had a heart for caring for others. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington, she became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018.

Her diverse background in nursing includes medical-surgical units, operating room circulation, mental health, and correctional care — giving her a well-rounded perspective and deep empathy for patients from all walks of life.

Outside the clinic, Linda enjoys life with her husband of 26 years, their teenage daughter, and two playful pups — Mochi the Shih Tzu and Risotto the Yorkie. She also loves baking, reading, puzzling, and listening to true crime podcasts.

Known for her warm, supportive approach, Linda is passionate about building strong relationships with her patients and helping them meet their health and wellness goals.
