Thursday from 9am-12pm we’ll be having a creative exploration drop-in for kids ages 5-12. Drop the kids off for some fun exploring different craft materials. I can’t wait to see what they create!

Our first week of summer arts programming is coming up soon! July 1-3 come make art with me! Projects for week 1, Blooms & Bugs, include some really adorable recycled bugs, nature pendants, and a beautiful folk flower piece. We'll sculpt, paint, glue, draw, and get mindfully messy! Sign up today!

8 years ago today I held my first official kids yoga class! A couple business names, a few locations, a COVID shutdown, and hundreds of classes later, I’m grateful to still be doing what I love.

All you kids who keep coming back again and again, and the parents who keep bringing them, I'm really grateful for you!
