kids at the playground
basketball at the park
outside grilling in the warm weather

and honestly this is the stuff people forget matters too

Cold plunge for 1 minute today

Not gonna lie… it sucked

But that’s the point

Most people think they’re stuck because they don’t have motivation
In reality… they just avoid discomfort

Growth doesn’t feel good
Discipline doesn’t feel good
Change doesn’t feel good

But staying the same doesn’t feel good either

So you have a choice

Stay where you are
or
Lean into the uncomfortable and become someone different
