✨ A Message From My Heart ✨

What you see now in our beautiful new studio didn’t just appear. It was built on decades of toiling, plowing, sowing, failing, rebuilding… and refusing to quit.

I’ve walked through depression, financial rock bottom, and moments where finding the will to live felt impossibly heavy — but I kept moving, even if all I could do was crawl.

I’ve survived a brain aneurysm, COVID complications, criticism, slander, gossip, betrayal, rejection and more storms than most people ever see in their lifetime.

Truth is… I didn’t walk into this space. There were months I crawled my way here. Spending many night either sleepless or crying. But I never gave up. Not once.

And I share this for one reason: This is your reminder to never give up on your dream, your health, your fitness, or your future.

If my story can rise again — so can you.
And that’s exactly what we specialize in at Get Flexy:

Introducing the newest strength training program at Get Flexy — designed to keep you consistent, confident, and strong all season long. We know we’ve had a lot going on with the studio transition - but here’s something to look forward to.

Strength Through the Season

November 24 – December 19

A 4-week, all-levels small group personal training program with Stacy, built to help you stay grounded and powerful through the holiday rush.

And because you asked for more strength training times — we’ve added NEW time slots:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 6 AM + 7 AM
Tuesday & Thursday: 12:15 PM

What You’ll Get
* Personalized coaching in a small-group setting
* Functional strength workouts using dumbbells, bands, steps, stability balls & more
* Proper form, progression, and results you can feel
* Perfect for beginners ready to learn OR experienced members who want structure
* Support, accountability, and a community that lifts you higher

Fat Facts for Hormone Health
For years, we were told: “Fat makes you fat.”
But now we know the truth — healthy fats don’t damage your body… they help it function.
Your hormones, brain, skin, mood, and metabolism all depend on fat to work properly.

Why You NEED Healthy Fats:
• They help your body make hormones like estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone
• Support menstrual health and fertility (low-fat diets can stop your cycle!)
• Reduce inflammation and joint pain
• Keep you full and satisfied after eating
• Help absorb vitamins A, D, E, K (the “glow” vitamins for skin, bones & immunity)
• Feed your brain — fun fact: your brain is about 60% fat

Healthy Fats to Add to Your Plate:
Avocado
Salmon & omega-3 rich fish
Olive oil & avocado oil
Walnuts, almonds, chia & flax seeds
Whole eggs (yolk included!)
Grass-fed butter or ghee in moderation

REGISTRATION OPEN: Thanksgiving Turkey Trot 5k Run/Walk for Food & Fellowship.

Join us for a heartwarming Thanksgiving-season event that blends movement, community, and giving. Running on Gratitude is a 5K Fun Run/Walk followed by a cozy COMMUNITY CHARCUTERIE TABLE with light Thanksgiving snacks all to benefit feeding those in need here in our county.

This event supports the Central United Methodist Church Food Distribution Drive, helping ensure local families have food on their tables this holiday season. Whether you run, walk, stroll, or simply come to share in the fellowship—your presence makes a difference.

This is a FREE event and we are collecting cash and food donations for Central United Methodist Church. If you are a local high school student that needs community service hours we welcome the help in guiding our 5k participants. Please contact the studio!
