Day 6 of our 12 Days of Get Flexy ✨🎄🎁

This month marks 10 months in our bigger studio, and while the space itself is beautiful, today isn’t about the square footage or upgrades.

It’s about the posture we chose while growing. Showing up even when things felt unfamiliar. Staying consistent when it would’ve been easier to stay comfortable. Remaining humble as new opportunities, new faces, and new challenges came our way (and oh, how they did). We encourage you to carry that same mindset into your own growth, inside and outside the studio.

We are endlessly grateful for this community and the energy, support, and heart you bring into this space every single day.

My meals always live in that sweet spot:
✅lean & protein forward
✅healthy fats
✅seasonal ingredients
✅simple to build, easy to repeat

This installment includes:
•Beet & Berry Protein Smoothie Bowl

🎄🎁12 Days of Flexy: The Last 5% of the Year & The Power of Ritual

A pause from pressure. A return to presence.

We have about 5% of the year left. Not to rush. Not to fix. Not to prove anything. But to prepare with wisdom, not willpower for what’s coming next.

As we step into 2026 : Your Comeback Year, we’re introducing a mindset shift at Get Flexy that will guide everything we build.

We are creating rituals, not setting intentions or resolutions.

Rituals create deep roots , they build strength quietly. They hold us when life is busy instead of asking us to hold everything together.

One of my most grounding rituals happens every morning. I take five minutes, (typically longer) to start my day quietly. My tea, my journal Bible and a pen. That quiet start to my day is where wisdom is born. I’m grounded. I’m clear. And I’m anchored in a ritual that carries me every day.

Can you take five minutes today to release what you’re not intended to carry?
Can you take five minutes to reflect on where you are right now?
Could you end your day by taking five minutes to reflect on where you’re being invited to next?

The small windows create clarity, calm, and direction without pressure ! Try it.
