It is the "Dog Days of Summer," and what better way to celebrate than...a PUPPY PARTY!!!!
Our dear friends brought in their fur babies and smiles and tails were wagging.
It was a beautiful afternoon filled with puppy love. Thank you to Elise and Josie, Angela and Macy Gray, and Steve and Carey with Cocoa. You made our day.

Happy Retirement, Tammy!!!!

Last week we bid a fond farewell to our beloved Tammy Altemier.
Tammy has been an employee at Ellen for over 38 years. She worked as a R.N., Nursing Supervisor, and the Director of Nursing. She hired and trained so many of our great nurses that are still here today. She showed such empathy and love to all our residents and treated them like family.
Tammy, we will miss you everyday, but know that the lessons you taught us continue on, and all of your hard work helped create this wonderful facility.
Enjoy your retirement....you earned it!
