Hickory House celebrated Gorgeous Grandma Day on July 23rd with a professional photo shoot and glamour shots! Our ladies had a blast getting their hair and make-up done and posing for the camera. While we wait for the final prints, we couldn't wait to share some sneak peeks from the event. Our Gorgeous Grandmas from Hickory House had the best day ever!

The Draggin Wagons Car Club of Honey Brook swung by with their classic cars last week for our residents to enjoy. So much chatter and reminiscing about the past from all who attended. The memories of old cars and good old times were flowing along with engines revving outside our community. Thanks to the Draggin Wagons for making this happen on National Collector Car Appreciation Day!

Today our staff jeweled some glasses! What a fun way to team-build on a gloomy Friday! Only the best teams are able to provide the best care for your loved ones... and it starts with team building employee events like this. Hopefully the sun comes out, and we're able to use our newly glammed sunglasses this weekend!

Our residents gather with our Food Service Director, Chuck, every month and hold a Food Committee.

They get to try new specialty foods, food history and make suggestions for things they would like to see in the future. It's another way we get incorporate our residents needs and wants into their everyday!

Today, was the "boss hog" burger—a beef patty with bacon, ham, pulled pork and cheddar cheese! Yum! 🍔🍴😋

Thanks to Chuck and his staff for delivering delicious meals everyday!
