This past weekend, I guided a Forest Bathing walk at Springton Manor Farm, sponsored by Friends of Springton Manor Farm. 🌿✨
We slowed down together, listened to the land, and experienced the beauty of this incredible Chester County park. I’m grateful to Friends of Springton Manor and Chester County Parks + Preservation for making this experience possible and for their dedication to preserving and sharing this special place.

Next up: I’ll be guiding another Forest Bathing walk this Thursday, August 7 at Welkinweir — it’s not too late to sign up!

I’m so honored to be included in this month’s County Lines Magazine article, ā€œFoster Wellness: Find Your Center,ā€ which shines a light on the growing movement toward holistic healing in our communities.

Wellness isn’t a luxury — it’s essential. Whether through time in nature, movement, mindful breathing, or gathering in supportive circles, these practices help us reconnect with ourselves and with each other. I’m grateful to see this message reaching more people and to be part of a network of local practitioners making healing more accessible.

What a joy to guide this Forest Bathing walk at Welkinweir with an amazing crew from Upper Uwchlan Township!

These co-workers and friends took time out together to breathe, slow down, and connect with nature—and with each other. From the stepping stones to tea under the trees, the forest gave us plenty of gifts.

Right outside my door stands this old maple—Mother Tree.

My children grew up climbing and playing beneath her branches. Now Tule, my granddaughter, does the same.

This is Earth Day to me. Not just a call to action, but a call to relationship. A reminder that the earth isn’t something we manage—it’s something we belong to.

Through forest therapy, I hold space for people to reconnect with the land, their breath, and a quieter rhythm within.

If you ever feel the pull to be among the trees, there’s space here for you.

If your heart’s craving stillness or connection, the forest is a beautiful place to begin.šŸŒ³šŸŒ

Happy Earth Day. This is Mother Tree. She stands just outside my door.

My kids grew up climbing her branches. Now Tule does, too, calling her by the same name.

This is what Earth Day means to me: not just protecting the earth, but remembering we belong to it.

Forest therapy invites us into that remembering. A slow, sacred return to land, body, breath, and being.

If you ever feel the pull to be among the trees, there’s space here for you.

If your heart’s craving stillness or connection, the forest is a beautiful place to begin.šŸŒ³šŸŒ

🌲 The forest has been holding me gently these past few months.
Life has been full—caring for loved ones, traveling, welcoming Olive (our new pup!), and letting winter move through me slowly. I’m beginning to return to the woods and this work I love, one step at a time.
Forest therapy is never about doing more. It’s about softening, sensing, and remembering how to be.
Walks will return soon. I’d love to share the forest with you when the time feels right.
Until then, may you take a breath with the trees wherever you are. 🌲

PS: These moments are from recent forest wanders— St. Peter's Village - St. Pete's, Bryn Coed Preserve and The North Carolina Arboretum. The forest continues to show up, even when I’m quiet. šŸ’š
