I’m Dr. Kristin King — Family Medicine physician, hospitalist across the islands, wife, and mama to an incredible two-year-old boy 💛
I created MODIV from a simple belief — that movement is medicine and true wellness starts from the inside out.
My vision was to build a space where science meets self-care…
where you can feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to yourself — inside and out.

He helps bridge strength, recovery, and aesthetics through intentional movement.
