Communicating with our bodies has become a lost art form. When quitting sugar it's important to take control and give your body a voice. In the past when a sweet treat was dispersed to quench any outburst... give your body a voice again. Ask it what it needs when it has a craving...
- Am I feeling okay?
- Am I stressed... tired... bored?
- Do I have a headache?
- Am I hungry? Am I Thirsty?
- Do I need an energy boost?
- Do I need a break?
Or... Do I really want a sweet treat?

We all know cravings only last about 20-minutes so utilize each one as an opportunity to get to know yourself better. After a week of communicating, you will be surprised at how much better you are at predicting and planning for your body's needs.
