Sound Bath is a meditative practice that involves the use of sound vibrations to induce a state of relaxation and inner peace. On this beach Sound Bath, you are immersed in a variety of sounds and frequencies, such as crystal singing bowls, Vibraphone, and other instruments along with the ocean waves.

As we watch the sunset and starlight, we practice laughing exercise together and raise our vibrations💫 As you lie down on the beach, feel the connections to the 🌎
