My heart is overflowing after hosting a private retreat for a wonderful soul last weekend, and I realized something I didn’t expect…

Currently, about 95% of my coaching clients and retreat guests are men.

And honestly? That brings so much excitement to my heart.

For a long time, self-care and personal transformation were things mostly women were interested in, often labeled as a “feminine” thing.

But now… to see more men answering that inner call, wanting to get to know themselves better, heal, grow, and come back to their hearts…

It is so beautiful and exciting✨

Being vulnerable, sensitive, self-aware, and willing to grow is not about gender. It’s about being a true human.

It’s about listening to the call in your heart. It’s about becoming a better, more aligned version of yourself.

And as more women reclaim their power, heal their hearts, and no longer settle for less, we need men who are willing to rise and do the inner work, so they can meet the frequency of an empowered woman.

What if the answers you have been searching for are not in your mind…

When life feels heavy, we often try to think our way through it.
But clarity and healing don’t always begin in the mind.

The heart is the part of us that needs healing first.
The heart is the part of us where the true answers lie.
And the heart is the part of us that we should always return to when something feels heavy.

We’ve learned to use our minds all the time because, at some level, we believe the mind is the more intelligent and wiser part of us. But is that really true?

The heart is in the center of our body for a reason…

What many people sadly don’t realize is that once we begin to open and clear the heart, energy begins to flow much more freely within us, and the mind naturally becomes more inspired, centered, and able to find solutions that are truly aligned with our souls instead of with our unprocessed wounds and fears.

We’ve also learned to suppress our emotions because it feels easier than actually feeling them.

And that is when the heart begins to close, and energy starts flowing around what has been suppressed instead of moving freely through us.

Please remember this:
Open and heal your heart, and your mind will eventually catch up.

And that is why my retreats are focused on helping you feel safe enough to open your heart, bring awareness to your unprocessed traumas and emotions, and finally allow them to move.

I’ve been contemplating the pressure we sometimes put on ourselves to heal, to feel good, and to reach our goals and dreams.

Yes, it is important to seek them, but if we aren’t cautious, we can lose ourselves in the seeking and forget about living.

Let’s be real for a moment, change and transformation only happen in the present, here, right now, as you read these words. And over-seeking can take us away from the PRESENT of being here.

I’ve been deeply enjoying and appreciating the moments when peace and joy are available to me. And in the moments when they are not, I return to the practices that help me stay grounded and strong.

My soul keeps telling me… I don’t want just to feel good anymore; I want to heal deeply, one layer at a time.

And I’ve learned that true healing is not an easy-fix solution, but a combination of consistent devotional practices and the loving support of others.

One meditation, one healing session, one yoga practice makes you feel good, right? But consistent practice and support HEAL!

Each moment you devote your time, energy, and love to yourself becomes little drops of grace and compassion that slowly fill your cup and heal your heart and soul.

And let me tell you something, beautiful soul, it’s amazing what follows. You feel good at a SOUL level. And whatever used to bother or trigger you no longer does. 🙏💛✨
