My heart is overflowing with inspiration and gratitude as I reflect on everything this year has offered me…

Profound lessons, so many blessings, and of course… the unexpected twists. 🤯

A powerful reminder that even those dark moments were not setbacks.

They were…
the preparation,
the initiation for something greater, and
the underground soil that allows us to grow and transform in a deeper, more aligned way.

Yet we rarely celebrate those moments.
We feel so uncomfortable in the darkness because society tells us we must always be the light, always shining, always happy.

But lately I’ve been asking myself:
Is that really sustainable? Is that truly the goal? Is that the meaning of all of this?

I don’t have the final answer yet, but I read something last week that stayed with me:

“There is a light within us that only darkness itself can reveal.”

I’m finally learning to celebrate my darkness with the same love as my light. And although it feels so scary, it’s sooo liberating.

I am also realizing that to be in the flow of life is learning to...

Dance with the ups and downs, and to
Move between light and darkness, without attachments, without expectations.

And from this place of clarity and growth, my heart is guiding me to share something with you and this beautiful community that trusts me and allows my light to shine brightly in this world. ✨
