It’s like having a funeral for your past self.

I’m thankful to those in my life that consciously choose to be on this path with me. Who care about me. I tend to hold myself with a very outwardly confident composure. I’m absolutely and divinely sensitive.

I lay down the old version of myself that is over serious & the inner child that felt she needed to prove her worth to her peers. The inner teenager that ignored her inner magic for rebellious actions.

I recall being called the teachers pet by a peer in class. Those words stuck to me & I didn’t like it. I loved helping, excelling, and learning. That’s when I noticed I started shifted my attitude and not showing up for myself. Self-sabotaging. I already had a hard time with reading and having a speech impediment growing up that any harsh words from other kids really affected me. I believe that’s when I developed the armor around my heart. A don’t f**k with me type vibe. It caused subtle separations between me and others. However, we are meant to be in community and be in connection with unity.

There were parts of my inner teenager that would rage with anger & was very hurtful with my words.

Tapping into that inner rage that I’ve held for years was an or****ic release. That rage would physically cause me dis-ease in the body.

The universe brought energy healers into my life that could support my inner process. I hardly ask to be held and I want everyone to know that everyone deserves to be held. Everyone.

All my life experiences have led me to this moment - this version of myself. I’m committed to loving my own evolution. Because I can not fully support you if I lack the love for my own human evolution.

My soul purpose is to hold space for others. To guide people out of numbing into feeling again!
