We’re so happy to have Takako with us starting tomorrow (Apr 7), sharing the
Tue 8:30am Open-Air Vinyasa Flow ✨
Takako was born and raised in Osaka, Japan. With a deep love for travel, she has explored over 35 countries and completed three journeys around the world—cultivating a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and ways of life.
She began her yoga journey 17 years ago and received her 200-hour certification from YogaWorks in California. After teaching in Japan, she moved to Hawai‘i in 2017, where she continues to deepen her practice while raising her two children. She recently completed her 300-hour RYT with Mirori Imai, an experienced teacher with extensive knowledge of yoga philosophy, Ayurveda and vegan living.
Takako's classes are inspired by the natural flow of energy in the body, blending fluid vinyasa sequences with mindful breathwork. Expect a grounding, nourishing flow that supports circulation, releases tension, and creates openness—both physically and mentally.
Come flow with us 💚
