Against cancer the magic word is PREVENTION!
Prostate Cancer: consume organic tomatoes, also tomato paste. Make your own tomato sauce. If you need a recipe, let me know. Lycopene in tomatoes is linked with prevention od prostate cancer , and don't forget your 50 mg of daily Zinc. Also for your munchies pick up pumping seeds at your local Health Food store.
