Spring is springing here in Colorado Springs, but we may also get 2 feet of snow in the next two months. One of the many fun things about teaching yoga is creating a playlist to fit the vibe. Here is a playlist for the spring equinox, but because I am the way that I am, we are off by a few days. :) Spring creeps in and pounces. She’s like a watched pot, that won’t boil until you look away. Spring encourages us to take deep breaths to renew our spirits. Spring mix is an ingredient in many salads as well, so you can also use this playlist for eating crunchy vegetables.
