I recognize that it is my responsibility to speak up as a white individual for anti-racism.

Not being racist, is not enough.

I stand! I am speaking here to be another voice in the hundreds of thousands. I choose to show up and come boldly. I will no longer keep my voice quiet on anti-racism because I am white, I am privileged in that my skin color has never made my life hard, I have always felt safe in my community. I DO NOT understand but I DO stand. I am here to listen and to learn, to learn from you. If you are Black, Indigenous, a POC individual,or have ever felt or experienced some form of racism, I stand next to you. And if you are a white individual, thank you for reading this. I hope that you stand next to me. Perhaps some of the resources that have been shared with me or that I have found for just starting to educate myself on the vocabulary of racism, racial discrimination judicial law, and violence from racism will spark a light in you.

"She is really genuine, compassionate and a great listener. Clearly explains everything shes about to do and how it will benefit you.
Went in for the first time with left scapula pain/tightness and mid-back to lower neck tightness, went in for an alignment and feel so so so much better!
I was super scared after watching other youtube videos of different chiropractors just showing "crack" after "crack." I thought it was going to be fast paced but she takes the time before making an alignment. Will definitely go back!"
