This is a journey to find Lokahi, balance and harmony, while you learn the Spiritual Art of Lomilomi Massage. Create the life you've always imagined! You will be staying at a lovely island home on the marina, looking out at the magnificent Koko Crater! Surrounded by nature, it is the perfect buffer for stress! We begin the 5-Day Hawaiian Healing Journey with a chant and prayer to welcome you, You will be learning about the Hawaiian culture, Hawaiian Values, and using the Ha, sacred breath to move energy and find blockages. It is important to learn to protect yourself from negative energies, and know how to remove any accumulated energies. Learn the ancient art of Opu huli, the back massage using the long sweeping strokes that are so relaxing. Ho'oponopono of the Emotional body is also important to release the underlying cause of stress, affecting the physical body. Learn to balance the body's energy, to hear messages of Spirit, and use the magical shells to lift off heaviness on the body. We learn also in the in-between times; about life, our personal journey, and about forgiveness. You will be able to use the knowledge you learn here, to do Lomilomi on your family and friends, or within your practice, with confidence. We find peace from within during this time of transformation through daily walking meditations in nature and on white sandy beaches. We write our thoughts, feelings, and goals in our personal journals, and re-connect with our loved ones who have gone on before us, to access the wisdom they have to share. We greet the rising sun at dawn on Waimanalo Beach where we can feel the connection to our ancestors, angels, and spirit guides. Through yoga, stretching and hula, we move into a place of joy and love. Ho'ihi Nature Walks teach us to communicate with Mother Nature, and to have a greater appreciation of the many gifts we are so lovingly blessed with! A beautiful rainbow, a fragrant flower, or a refreshing dip in the ocean! We renew, replenish, and refresh our spirit through learning Hawaiian chants, personal meditation and prayer (pule,) visiting sacred places where there is great mana, and learning to hear the messages of spirit that guide us. Our spiritual gifts, and intuition are nurtured so that we learn to trust our inner truth. Each day starts with Hawaiian Values in the form of short stories that teach soul principles and empower us. We release the heaviness of the past through spiritual cleansing, and the ancient practice of Ho'oponopono. As we experience the "Aka cord cutting ceremony" where negative connections of the past are severed, our hearts feel light and we are free! The lessons are learned in nature, by the ocean, and under a blanket of stars.We learn simple truths that remain with us for a lifetime!
