2026 classes kick off TOMORROW, Jan 9th with a 30 minute virtual.
In-person this weekend:

Saturday: Yoga in the Crater (Makalapa) 930-1030 am

Sunday: Sunset Yoga at Hickam 1730-1815

Last class of 2025 tomorrow morning at Makalapa!

This class will combine breath awareness with mindful movement, gentle stretches, and a final relaxation to help you absorb and honor all of your effort.

All-levels, invitational, come as you are!
