September! The first of the iconic BER months. This month is all about connection. Connection to yourself, to your community, to your purpose.

Virtual classes open to all (registration required), and in-person classes on O’ahu require military base access.

Lulu and Ranger are here to demonstrate that yoga takes many shapes. Literally.

If you think you’re not a “yoga guy” because you aren’t bendy or don’t match the demographic, Ranger (slide #2) wants you to know that yoga can be as subtle as resting instead of powering through. He is actually and expert and can do it on command.

Last class tonight a 6pm! Don’t miss this sunset and this special opportunity for a peaceful evening on the pier. Donations from this class support the 8 living WWII veterans making their way back to the Missouri for the 80th anniversary of the end of the war.
