Registration is NOW OPEN

for the 2026 Walk for Life: The Honolulu AIDS Walk

At a time when federal HIV funding is being reduced, our community must come together. This work has always depended on people showing up for one another, and now is no different.

We walk for those we’ve lost.
We walk for those living with HIV.
We walk because Silence Is Not an Option.

Register today and stand with us.

🏳️‍⚧️🩷 Mahalo for showing up 🩵🏳️‍⚧️

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Hawaiʻi State Capitol to stand with us for Transgender Day of Visibility. Your presence, your voices, and your support matter more than ever.

In a time when our transgender, māhū, and gender-diverse community continues to face challenges, gathering in visibility and solidarity is powerful. It was inspiring to stand together and be reminded of the strength and resilience of our community.

We show up for each other. Always. 🩷🤍🩵

What a night.

Mahalo to our incredible contestants who brought their talent, beauty, and heart to the stage. You are the future and the legacy of Diva of Polynesia.

To our judges, mahalo for your time, care, and thoughtful deliberation.

To every single person behind the scenes, on stage, and in the room who helped bring this night together… we see you and we thank you. This truly took a village.

To our donors and sponsors, your support made this all possible. Because of you, this legacy continues.

And to everyone who came out to celebrate with us… what a powerful, joyful, unforgettable evening.

Diva of Polynesia is back. And this is only the beginning.

Diva of Polynesia 2008.

Cocoa Chandelier. ✨

One of the freshest snapper fish to ever hit this stage… and she knew it. From the moment she stepped out, it was clear we were dealing with a different kind of artist. Bold, smart, and just a little bit dangerous.

An accomplished performance artist, Cocoa now shapes minds as the instructor of the country’s first Q***r Dance class at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa… so yes, she’s educating and intimidating.

She may not be with us tonight, but don’t worry… her spirit, her influence, and probably her attitude are all still in the building.

Tickets available at the door. Don’t miss it.

16 years. One legacy.

Diva of Polynesia 2010, Tia Thompson.

Tonight, she takes her final walk as our reigning Diva after 16 years of dedication, leadership, and love for this pageant and our community. Through every year, she has carried this title with strength, grace, and unwavering commitment.

Because of her, this stage still exists. Because of her, tonight is possible.

Mahalo, Tia, for everything you have given to Diva of Polynesia and for helping bring this year back to life.

Forever our Diva.

Diva of Polynesia 2006.

Big Mama Tama aka Brozlyn Lechelle aka Godiva Lamour

Tama built her legacy on powerful Tahitian and hula, and costumes that pushed imagination beyond the stage.

Today, she carries that same Polynesian spirit to top venues in Hollywood and across the United States.

She may not be with us tonight, but her impact is.

A true Diva. A true original.

She moves with purpose.

In 2007, she didn’t just take the crown, she brought her own movement, her own presence to the stage.

An accomplished Tahitian dancer and instructor who has traveled the world, Jaiyah West Williams carries her culture through every step, every beat, every moment.

Tomorrow, we will welcome her back to the Diva of Polynesia stage.

Still powerful. Still precise. Still that girl.

Don’t miss this moment. Tickets available now. www.divaofpolynesia.com
