With my program, you will change your perceptions and attitude about exercise, fitness, and health. I will not only show you correct physical exercise techniques, I will demonstrate mental exercises as well. I will inspire you to exercise determination and maintain motivation. Breaking bad habits is one of the most challenging things that one can face. Together, we will replace bad habits with good ones. You will develop habits that uplift your spirit and bring you happiness through fitness, good health, and mental clarity. Studies show that people looking to improve their fitness and improve their health achieve significantly greater results when using a trainer. An effective personal trainer can guide you, motivate you, and educate you. Trainers provide accountability and discipline. A good trainer will also make sure that you don’t damage your body when exercising. It is important to note that there is a right way, and a wrong way, too exercise.

HEAD UP!!

Kickboxing Combination Drills – 5 Solo Drills You Can Train on the Heavy Bag

People with PD exhibit considerable difficulties with a variety of movements, especially movement sequencing.

Training for cognitive functions such as sequencing, problem solving, and overall cognitive status for complex motor movements involve:

(1) cognitive exercises for the initial acquisition of explicit visual sequences.

(2) associative exercises for visuomotor translation from a visual sequence to a motor sequence.

(3) autonomous exercise for transfer to automatic movements, which is implicit learning.

Sample Workout
Here is a way you can combine a heavy-bag workout - that will engage almost every muscle in your body (and your brain!), too.
A fun workout for those days when you can’t make it to the gym.

Working on 👐🏻 A’s, T’s, & W’s Triple Extension Exercise with resistance bands.
The combination of hip extension, knee extension, and ankle plantarflexion are termed “triple extension”. The main muscle groups involved in triple extension are the gluteus maximus at the hip, the quadriceps at the knee, and the gastroc/soleus complex at the ankle.
Dynamic posture allows the body to maintain normal length-tension relationships among its muscles while the activity is being performed. This leads to the optimum ability to reduce and produce force. For example, the optimum posture for acceleration is the triple extension of the ankle, knee, and hip. This posture allows the body to exert maximum force against the ground to propel the athlete forward.
Proper dynamic posture also leads to coordinated movement.
