We at GoVa Counseling couldn’t be more proud and happy to see Selena Gomez celebrating her happiness both on stage and off, and that she is a vested spokesperson for mental health and counseling. Not feeling seen or heard when people struggle with a hidden illness like mental health is so difficult. There is still fear and stigma around it for many, but with brave people like Selena, slowly we are changing the world and opening the door for people to speak openly and get the help they need and live healthy and happy lives!
