Subtle frequencies and sensations can be the the guides to opening doors of healing mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally. Everything has a frequency. I use crystals in my practice because I feel as though they each have a little personality or essence that helps to unlock these doorways. My mother taught me to find my stone at the crystal shop by sensing if there was heat when I held my hand over it. She said that meant it was resonating with me. When having digestive issues and other personal problems at a point in my life I used serpentine on my belly and black kyanite on my throat. I felt swirling vibrations and my tension and nausea started to dissipate. I started to meditate more and more with crystals because they are our little helpers I feel and so much fun to use!
