🎬🎤Christmas Lip Sync Video!🎄✨

One of the highlights of the OPH Oʻahu Christmas party was the lip sync music video battle between our teams! It was clear that everyone put a lot of heart and spirit into their entries.

We had a lot of fun filming our 12 Days of Christmas, local style video. We were sure we were going to win! When they announced the winner, our Executive Director, Dusty, fell over when she found out that we didn’t win (See for yourself by watching our Christmas party post, it's hilarious)!It’s okay though, we’re coming for that gold next year! Give us a like if you think our video was awesome!

🎄✨ Celebrating Our Ohana ✨🎄

We were honored to celebrate our incredible employees at the annual OPH O’ahu Christmas party! From delicious food and dancing to games, contests, and amazing prizes, the evening was filled with laughter, gratitude, and plenty of holiday cheer.

A special highlight of the celebration was recognizing Ohana Pacific Health’s 2025 Ohana Champion, a team member who was nominated and voted by their peers for consistently going above and beyond the call of duty. Their dedication, compassion, and commitment truly reflect the heart of our Ohana.

Big congratulations to our very own, 2025 Ohana Champion, Shaun Abregano – Maintenance Associate here at the VIllas!! We are so proud of you, and this was a well deserve recognition!

🌟 At The Villas, education never stops! 🌟 Happy TransformationTuesday!

This morning, we had a successful education inservice for our staff! Today's inservice was all about emergency preparedness and Intravenous (IV) therapy for our nurses. We had engaging “stations” with hands-on activities such as IV insertion techniques. This event helps our staff build best practice habits, standardize care and helps fulfill our mission on caring for kūpuna.

Last week, we also had a fun skills fair for our staff. From respiratory fit testing (ensures staff from exposure to infectious agents and other hazards) to hand washing (infection prevention), our staff were excited and engaged to stay up-to-date on rapidly changing information in healthcare.

When it comes to nurturing our kūpuna and community, continuous learning is key at The Villas. Not only we want to enhance resident quality care and safety, it is essential for our staff development—growing to provide the best for those we serve.
