Sometimes, the universe has a better plan than the one we mapped out. ✨ Instead of our planned retreat day, unexpected circumstances led to a necessary pause—I had to care for my cousin through an emergency surgery, reschedule clients, and navigate how to fully show up. On top of that, many of our participants struggled to take time off on a Thursday.

Rather than force it, we embraced the flow. Thankfully, everything aligned, and we were able to reschedule to a date that works for everyone.

So today, we’re at the beach, soaking in this Divine pause— a reminder that sometimes a pivot is exactly what’s needed to refill our own healing cup. 💚🌊
