A bit about myself-

Throughout my childhood, adolescence and up to my most recent years I’ve had multiple genetic illnesses that caused the need for multiple surgeries. These conditions caused a chain effect to other health conditions that are chronic and need to be constantly monitored. With this being said I grew tiresome of the additional side effects most western medicine caused me to have. Mind you I am NOT against modern medicine; after all it saved my life multiple times. However during college I began to research and explore more naturopathic ways to cure everyday ailments. If i could drink a tea or use a tincture for a headache instead of popping a pill and it was exponentially better for my body, why not! one thing led to another and I found myself in this whole other world of remedies that my body reacted to better. One by one I started to substitute where I could. With natural ingredients, more eco friendly businesses. Then I started to wonder... why doesn’t everyone do this? why do we use products (mostly beauty) that is toxic for us, or have chemicals that are in drain cleaners? The answer was as simple as to what led me to this lifestyle. Ignorance. Ignorance that there are alternatives that aren’t only better for your body but easily accessible. My goal is to spread this knowledge all the while making it affordable for any budget!
