Do you just want a good job where people are grateful, kind, intelligent, fun, and you have the tools you need to do the high quality work you are already equipped for?
Are you passionate about growing as a diverse pediatric therapist and love to be hands on and innovative?
Kidsense has been lovingly built on gratitude, finding the right fit personalities, and hard working, bright minds to empower kids and their families. We absolutely love this gorgeous area we live in and seek to have a balance of work, rest and play to enjoy it.
If you are willing to put in the extra effort and brain power it takes to accelerate your career to a point where it becomes easier and faster to know how to treat children’s deficits, then you may be the exact person we are looking for.
It is no accident our team is great.
We are not all about extra credentials but we are about real learning, collaboration, and ex*****on of the best methods for the best outcomes. We are about looking at the whole child and finding the best keys to move them forward to function.
We have smart support staff that are genuine and helpful.
We opened the first pediatric therapy center in the Gorge area to make sure children were getting their needs met. Since 2007, we have been providing families with top quality, holistic, researched, innovative care for a broad range of childhood developmental, emotional, and physical challenges. We are a joyful place that cares for our kids and families like they are one of our own. Our work culture and diverse sensory-motor gyms promote collaboration and growth.
Kidsense is deeply committed to the success and wellbeing of our therapists and provides the structure and resources to enable all our employees to be their best selves.
What our therapists say:
Kidsense is a unique and one-of-a-kind therapy center that provides holistic and evidence-based services in order to instill hope and strength within our children and families.
Not only do you have the opportunity to grow in your clinical skills, but to also become part of an encouraging and supportive family. At Kidsense, the staff is genuine, caring, and eager to make every person who walks in the door feel important and welcome.
