"Am I having a heart attack?" she said, with real fear in her eyes. The music playing at the concert was sacred, the room was full of hearts bursting open in love and appreciation for all that was occurring. I could see that the woman's energy body was awakening.
As she began to follow my direction, she began to shake, her heart burst open, she was crying, laughing, and making delightful sounds of pleasure... It was so beautiful to witness and hold space for this! We are so glad we went to that concert because that young woman could have had a very different experience in the ER that night.
Sometimes a spiritual awakening can be scary at first. The signs are not common knowledge and are often mistaken for something being wrong.
