COVID vaccine update: we are following the West Coast Health Alliance recommendations and are scheduling COVID vaccines for all people 12 years and older. At this time, we do not have COVID vaccines for children aged 6 months - 12 years but we hope to have it next week and will update our page when we get it. We have flu vaccines available for all people aged 6 months and older. Flu and COVID appointments available Wed/Fri 8:20-4:30pm, call 541-386-5070 to schedule.

👋 Meet Mike Whitehead, CSWA, our new Behavioral Health Consultant! Mike has lived in Oregon most of his life and earned his undergraduate degree in Human Ecology at College of the Atlantic in Maine, where he fell in love with rural health care as an EMT. He completed his Master's in Social Work at Portland State University with a focus on behavioral health in primary care.

When not working in the clinic, you'll find Mike gardening with his wife Holly, alternating between yoga and meditation or swimming and mountain biking early in the morning. He's also an active private pilot with an interest in supporting mental health in aviation.
